Another semester has escaped us again, my children.
But this time it was different, going home for winter break was more bitter sweet than ever in my memory of these vacations. Because the blog is breaking up.
I'm not only calling to attention to the lack of posting (which, I myself am guilty of) but next semester is going to be a very empty one indeed. Miss Row and Miss Chris is on their way to London (cheers) and Miss Tcash and Ms. Melania are headed down under.
And these are just four of the hundreds of Juniors going abroad next semester. I left this vacation knowing my return in the Spring semester would be drastically different. Thank heavens for Jo, staying behind and being important at the Globe (*note: Jo is very successful, I'm already impressed with her job and she's still in school).
Will the cheese stand alone? Will I be subjected to thousands of moments in which I would text a quip to a roommate only to remember I'm stuck in the states?
Perhaps, but the good news is this may be an opportunity for branching out. Perhaps we all will find ourselves meeting AMAZING people. This is just a hope.
In your absense, I promise to:
Keep William happy, healthy, and safe.
Continue the spirit and tradition of FGN.
Skype with you all (and I want you to promise you'll answer the call!)
Pine and whine about how much I miss you guys.
Record my spring concert (because we're singing Gaga, I KNOW you wanna see that)
and lastly, I promise I'll miss you all very much.
Cheers, ladies.
